Workers' Compensation Boards/Commissions
Each province or territory has Workers` Compensation Boards/Commissions that have rules about work related injuries or incidents and reporting it to them. They also have legislation as to when companies MUST register with them.
Check your provincial or territorial Workers’ Compensation Board/Commissions to make sure you are in compliance to avoid any penalties or fines:
- especially if you have employees
- even if they are family members
