Bill C-6 – An Act respecting the safety of consumer products

CFIB addresses a letter to the Minister of Health, Leona Aglukkaq, on the Consumer Product Safety Act (or Bill C-6). This Bill raises serious concerns about adding more red tape to small businesses, and it also raises fears of the powers of Health Canada to order recalls and inspect Canadian workplaces.
