Tax hikes take toll on Manitoba small business optimism; once again below national average

CFIB released its latest monthly Business Barometer® which reveals small business optimism in Manitoba decreased sharply by 4.6 points in April to 65.2 from an index of 69.8 in March, below the national index of 66.4.
