British Columbia Business Barometer summary April 4, 2012 The BC Barometer index drops another point to 63.8 in March. It is now underperforming the national average by about 4 points. British Columbia Business Barometer summary March 7, 2012 BC Barometer index drops back to 64.9 in February — but is still close to the national average.
