Its companion brief, Making it Complex - A Snapshot of Government Customer Service in Atlantic Canada puts a human face on small business interactions with government using a “secret shopper” methodology to find out how several government departments are really doing.
With this reports, CFIB hopes to encourage government to examine their current practices and adopt these recommendations to improve interactions between government departments and business owners.
