The Canadian Human Rights Act requires your business to implement a workplace harassment policy that seeks to prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation based on the protected grounds in the Human Rights Act. Protected grounds include but are not limited to gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs and age.
