Business Barometer ® National small business optimism dips slightly in October

Small business confidence experienced a small set-back during the month of October, but remains positive when mapped against GDP growth. According to the latest business confidence survey findings from the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), the Business Barometer® index dropped from 68.7 in September to 67.0.
