April Showers Bring Hard Times for Small Business Owners

The old saying of April showers brings May flowers doesn’t ring very true if you are a small business owner in New Brunswick. Starting tomorrow, April 1st, minimum wage across the the province increases to $8.50 per hour – the next of several scheduled increases aimed at bringing minimum wage to $10.00 per hour by September of 2011.
