Find the right lawyer for your Yukon business
Using a lawyer makes good business sense, as laws touch your company in many ways. Ideally, every company needs a qualified lawyer that is knowledgeable about that specific business. Some of the common issues that are best handled by a trusted lawyer include:

Get organized before you meet with the lawyer, including:

- List the names and address of witnesses
- Bring all relevant documents
- List the questions you plan to ask, such as how the law applies to your situation, the anticipated time and steps involved, the strength of your case, the lawyer's fees, etc.
During the meeting, be sure to:
- Answer the lawyer's questions thoroughly, both the good and bad facts of the situation
- Take notes of the lawyer's comments
- Ask more questions if you need clarification on anything the lawyer tells you
