Youth Employment Services (YES) - Help for employers
YES (Youth Employment Services) is a FREE services that could provide a role of a strategic human resource solution to further reduce the burden of sourcing and pre-screening applicants for any entry to mid-level roles within your organization.
YES advises that their clients are skilled, eager, and motivated to work, and are looking for employment opportunities in every field, and all over the GTA, for any upcoming vacancies (including full time, part time, contract, and seasonal opportunities).
YES also offers assistance to students and graduates with disabilities to find and maintain employment, and for local employers, offers guidance and assistance in supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as recruitment, pre-screening and job coaching services.
