As CFIB’s Provincial Director for British Columbia and Alberta, Annie focuses on determining the organization’s western legislative and communications strategies and priorities based on member feedback. Annie has been active in navigating the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and represents the views of CFIB’s members to all levels of government, business groups, and media.

Before joining CFIB, Annie worked for an oilfield logistics company as its sole Communications Advisor.

Annie’s career includes 10 years of experience in senior communications and legislative roles for the Saskatchewan government and Alberta politics. She served as the Press Secretary for the Leader of the Official Opposition in Alberta. In the Saskatchewan government, she worked in Executive Council and served several Cabinet Ministers as a Ministerial Assistant.
